Chongqing Purun Materials & Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Materials & Equipment Company”) was established in March 2017 in response to the structural reform and diversified development demand of the Group. It has four wholly-owned subsidiaries with a registered capital of 21.5 million yuan. Materials & Equipment Company is founded for the Group’s heavy industry chain and is the pioneer of the Group to pursue rapid expansion and steady development.

Materials & Equipment Company is an innovative enterprise engaged in cost control, overall planning, project design, operation and sale, installation and commissioning and after-sales service. It works on regional material and equipment supply and deployment and development, application and sale of conventional building materials and new-type bamboo fiber formwork and high-performance Caili board and provides construction equipment leasing service for customers and solutions for production process and applied technology.

Materials & Equipment Company is determined to broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure and carry out new management; and with the strategic resources dug up, it has built up a cooperation platform and established multi-level partnerships with some large-scale central government-owned and state-owned enterprises. In December 2017, it reached a cooperation agreement with CMIG Drawin Technology Industry Group Limited to work together to developand promote the application of new materials and process, and open up a new chapter for cooperation in green and energy-saving industry. 

The forward-thinking Materials & Equipment Company, relying on the Group’s strategic platform and implementing the philosophy of “good faith, steady progress”, will form a design-oriented alliance with Power China Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited and Power China Kunming Engineering Corporation Limited to integrate the industry chain and expand the business of new building materials concerning prefabricated building, sponge city and smart city; and acquire the capabilities of design, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and installation with high-quality products, thorough after-sales service system and scientific management system for diversified development of Purun Group.
