We have established long-term strategic cooperation relationships with such large central government-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises as Power China Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited, Power China Kunming Engineering Corporation Limited, Power China Municipal Infrastructure Engineering Corporation Limited, Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Group) Co., Ltd. and Chongqing International Construction Corporation in urban road works, bridge and tunnel projects, expressway projects, hydraulic engineering, ecological governance and public rental housing in Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangdong and Shandong. With the transformation of cooperation mode and financing channels, our annual output value doubled over the years, and the volume of individual projects soared. Except to dramatic breakthroughs that have been found in our productivity, functional control and human resources developed rapidly. The extensive group-administered mode we used for managing projects has transformed into result-oriented information-efficient three-level management mode, which can adjust the management capacity to productivity incomes, and accumulate manpower and material resources for further deepening the cooperation between central enterprises and private enterprises and actively participating in PPP investment.

In 2017, Purun Holdings, with upgraded strategies, launched the new business concerning utility tunnel, water pollution control, sponge city, building industrialization and green energy-saving materials embracing the philosophy that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, to achieve its goal of being a pioneering green constructor in China.
